Who is behind BRCA awareness, Blessings, and Battle Scars? My name is Jennifer. I'm a communications executive who hopes to share valuable information with my fellow warriors (and their family members) in the BRCA and breast cancer community. While I'm not a doctor and do not provide medical advice, my goal is to relay insights that would have been helpful during the initial months of my personal health journey, particularly as I navigated the challenges of triple-negative breast cancer. I also want to share information about what to expect and tips that helped me through surgeries, chemo, cold capping, life post-treatment, etc. Finally, and most importantly, I learned that completely trusting God was the only way I would make it through this journey with my sanity and joy intact.
